Chaffin Church ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through chaffin.church, our Church Center pages, and our online gatherings, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and any message you send when you fill out a form, sign up for a Connect 4 group or event, register a child for Chaffin Kids, or give online.
Basic usage information collected automatically, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, through cookies and Google Analytics.
How we use it
To respond to you, follow up after your first visit, and help you get connected.
To manage groups, events, kids check-in, and giving records (including year-end giving statements).
To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website and ministries, including Squarespace (website), Planning Center and Church Center (groups, events, check-in, and giving), Google (analytics and YouTube), and our payment processors. They only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Online gatherings
Our Sunday gatherings are streamed live on YouTube and may be recorded. If you attend in person, you may appear in photos or video. Let a greeter know if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
Children
Information about children is collected only from a parent or guardian, for check-in and safety purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or set your browser to refuse cookies.
