It’s one simple way we live out our mission of generosity in Holden and beyond. This November, help us Cram the Van with turkeys for Friendly House on Nov 14-15, 10 am-12 pm. https://chaffin.church/about daily 0.75 2026-10-13 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/61788c53cef8f03c9aa05ad3/f1679e73-efdc-47ce-845d-b57a6e2cddd7/GrayumRoberto.jpg About - Welcome Home. Above the double doors leading into the worship space of our building, there are raised letters that spell “WELCOME HOME.” We’d like to believe that just about anyone could find their church home here at Chaffin Church. We are a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people to experience that exact same freedom alongside us as possible. Working together with Christ’s love to spread the Gospel Here's the deal...Chaffin Church cares about one thing more than anything else - Jesus Christ. Chaffin Church is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom. Where We Come From Chaffin Church was started in 1905 by a group of people who wanted to see Swedish immigrants moving into Holden come to know Jesus. Fast forward to today - our community is more diverse than it was, but our dreams are still the same - to see everyone have a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity, or gender. Where we're headed What's the bottom line? More than ever, Chaffin Church is committed to fostering a family built around love. Love for God. Love for one another. Love for the body of Christ. And love for the world in which God has placed us. And as we move forward as a church family, inclusion and belonging remain at the center of who we are as followers of Christ. What this means for you What does this mean for you? Most importantly, you're always welcome at Chaffin Church. We're saving a seat for you. Wherever you're at in your faith journey, you'll always be accepted as part of the Chaffin family. We'd love to have you come and see for yourself! You won't be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. And we don't care how you're dressed or what candidate you voted for. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable. Want to know the best part? No matter what you've been through or what questions you might have about God and faith, our church is a place where you'll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus gives to everyone. We use a curriculum called "252 Basics" (read about it here) and all of our Chaffin Kids team members are given background checks for the safety of our kids. Parents and Kids will get a tag with child's name and special pick up code Then kids simply attend the first half of the gathering with their family Before the sermon, children will then be dismissed with their teachers and head to their respective classrooms for Games and Activities to build on the lesson for the day Children will then be dismissed and return to their parents during the final worship song, before the Gathering ends Programs both for Grades K-5 and Middle School are offered Babies and Preschool kids may be brought to the Nursery or Toddler classroom at the beginning of the gathering, if desired. We also provide a full Online Kid's Lesson for families who might be watching remotely. https://chaffin.church/connect4 daily 0.75 2026-10-13 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/660325c9fd2466229c0cca50/8a5d372a-1c55-4553-8ab4-975c14fa4308/Icon-01.png Connect 4 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/660325c9fd2466229c0cca50/9dd2ad18-075a-48ab-b007-e99ee98d96ba/Icon-03.png Connect 4 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/660325c9fd2466229c0cca50/70f689aa-021c-49a0-adc5-6b4dad1841f6/Icon-04.png Connect 4 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/660325c9fd2466229c0cca50/65074db5-3cad-4dcd-9a3a-50ae553647c2/Icon-02.png Connect 4 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/61788c53cef8f03c9aa05ad3/51de2689-4950-4ede-988e-b49f2a040a3a/C4Trans.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/61788c53cef8f03c9aa05ad3/822f11ea-1c34-491e-82dd-0a5caaacb4d6/IMG_4560.jpeg https://chaffin.church/plan-a-visit daily 0.75 2026-10-13 https://chaffin.church/privacy-policy daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://chaffin.church/terms daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://chaffin.church/give daily 0.75 2026-10-13
