Request Deletion of Your TYJT Account and Associated Data
This page allows you to request permanent deletion of your TYJT account (developed by Marty Holman) and the personal data associated with it, as required by Google Play's User Data policy.
How to request account and data deletion (prominent steps)
- In the app (easiest method):
Open TYJT → Go to Settings → Account → "Delete Account" → Confirm your choice.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. - From this website (if you no longer have the app installed):
Send an email to delete@yourdomain.com from the email address registered with your TYJT account.
Subject line: Account Deletion Request – TYJT
Body must include:
• Your full name
• The email address used for your account
• Your in-app username or user ID (if known)
We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 7 days.
What data will be deleted?
Upon confirmed deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, username, password hash)
- All user-generated content (photos, posts, messages, preferences, etc.)
- Activity history and analytics tied to your account
- Any other personal data collected through TYJT
What data (if any) may be retained and why?
We may retain limited data only when required for legitimate purposes allowed by law:
- Transaction records or payment data – retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial/tax regulations
- Logs required for security/fraud prevention – anonymized and retained for up to 12 months
- Data required by law (e.g., legal holds) – retained only for the minimum period mandated
All retained data will no longer be associated with your identifiable account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
